Wealth Management Client Services Specialist

We are currently seeking motivated candidates with at least 2-3 years of administrative sales and accounting experience in an office setting to join a reputable wealth management company in Canfield, Ohio. Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM

Pay
$20.00 / hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Add and maintain client data across business systems using document management and customer relationship software
  • Process client service requests and general account maintenance as directed
  • Perform light accounting / bookkeeping for the office
  • Communicate with clients, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
  • Assist with quarterly portfolio reports and client review presentations
  • Complete general clerical duties such as typing, filing, mailing, and answering phones
  • Support all project work assigned by the FA and/or Branch Manager
  • Organize and assist in the maintenance of client account and trade-related records
  • Work with financial advisors and clients to gather required documents for account setup
  • Identify and escalate suspicious activity or issues to the appropriate personnel

Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate degree and 1 year of equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Sales, Finance, Bank experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years of administrative office experience in sales or finance

  • Ability to work on-site in Canfield, Ohio
  • Ability to sustain a professional appearance and demeanor
