What your future day will look like:- Provide customer service and administrative support to a small boutique wealth management team.
- Communicate with clients and custodians
- Manage client data in multiple systems
- Handle client requests with understanding of wealth management, brokerage, insurance and annuities
- Prepare client meeting review packets
- Open client accounts
- Help plan and execute firm events

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Good personal credit and clean background check
- Be a self-starter, loves to learn new skills, work independently and enjoys having a wide variety of tasks every day
- 2+ years of experience in the wealth management industry working with high net worth clients
- Series 7 and 66 a plus!
