What You'll Be Doing

Serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients, guiding them through comprehensive financial planning and long-term strategy. Lead client conversations from discovery through implementation and ongoing plan management. Manage and grow a book of business, with the potential to assume existing client relationships early on. Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and thoughtful outreach. Partner closely with planners and internal team members to deliver a seamless, white-glove experience. Create and maintain holistic financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax strategy, estate planning, and beyond. Stay current on market trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously elevate client outcomes.

What They're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CFP certification. 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory services. Demonstrated success growing and maintaining a client base. Strong, natural client-facing presence-professional, confident, and approachable. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally. High ethical standards and a true fiduciary mentality.
