Position Summary
This position is primarily responsible for establishing value-added relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and offering solutions to meet those needs. Serves as a trusted resource to credit union members by providing personalized financial guidance, investment strategies, estate planning, and retirement planning services. Builds long-term relationships with members by understanding their unique financial goals and providing tailored solutions. Assists members in acquiring loans and opening consumer and business deposit accounts. Fosters strong member relationships by delivering exceptional service, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the credit union's mission. Promotes the credit union's vision, mission and core values.

Service Credit Union was established in 1957 to support military personnel and their families at what was then Pease Air Force Base in New Hampshire.
