At our Nellis location, we're looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who is ready to take ownership of the back office, support the clinical team, and help drive an efficient, high-quality patient experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support dental assistants in daily clinical operations
- Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
- Ensure operatories are fully prepared, stocked, and running efficiently
- Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards
- Help onboard and train new team members
- Create and manage dental assistant schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Track, monitor, and coordinate dental lab cases from start to finish
- Review and manage lab invoices for accuracy and timely submission
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures within the back office
- Support clinical efficiency by improving workflows and room turnaround times
- Collaborate with front office and leadership to ensure a seamless patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Dental Assistant experience required; Lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization standards
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
