Responsibilities:
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic WDO QA Route Supervisor that enjoy working independently outdoors to service and protect homes and their surrounding environments from unwanted pest activity. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.
What You’ll Do
With the general direction of the Branch Manager/Branch Manager Trainee (BMT), the WDO QA Route Supervisor is responsible for the following duties. The duties include but are not limited to:
Quality Assurance, Supervisory, Leadership Support:
- Oversee the activities of the WDO Technicians, train technicians in safe handling and disposal of pesticides, and provide feedback and additional training to WDO Technicians with a poor-quality assurance inspection.
- Skillfully price, schedule and evaluate job and quality control.
- Work with customers to resolve service issues and ensure Clark’s standards of service are upheld.
- Provide safety expertise by performing truck inspections, participating on safety committee, monitoring completion of safety videos, and managing Azuga, including tracking, duration, and videos.
- Coordinate activities with the branch administration team and other branch personnel.
- Support recruitment efforts by conducting Cultural Competency Interviews.
- Conduct post-accident testing and promptly notify HR.
- Serves as a role model and upholds Clark Service Standards to the highest level.
Other Duties:
- Provide general support to complete special projects as requested such as but not limited to, administrative duties and ensuring compliance with annual training.
- Responsible for properly accounting for company funds received or spent for business activities.

Qualifications:
What You’ll Need
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude in line with the Clark Service Standards. The WDO QA Route Supervisor must possess:
- Mathematical skills that are sufficient to permit accurate calculation of square feet, cubic feet, flow and coverage rates, mix ratios, room volumes, etc.
- Familiarity with construction methods and terminology, knowledgeable of current rules and regulations enacted by various governmental agencies (i.e., SPCB and Building Departments), and familiar with all types of wood destroying organisms, the types of damage they do, and how to effect control methods.
- The ability to read and interpret field notes and diagrams, and the ability to read and understand label instructions regarding treatment procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills, including good judgment in decision making, prompt response to customer needs, and solicitation of customer feedback to improve service
- Excellent interpersonal skills such as conflict resolution and active listening skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and efficiently in English, draft accurate and professional written communications, and check for spelling and grammatical errors.
- Excellent organizational skills in order to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently. Must be able to follow policies and procedures, complete administrative tasks correctly and on time, and support and role model the organization's goals and values.
What’s Required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- A valid driver's license.
- Attend regularly scheduled training sessions and maintain a Branch II and Branch III Field Representative license from the State of California and the Structural Pest Control Board or a Nevada C1, C2 or C3 (Nevada only), which you are expected to obtain within three attempts after your hire date.
