Title One Instructor

POSITION PURPOSE: Assist classroom teacher(s) by providing support services to individuals, small groups, and/or whole classrooms of students for the sole purpose of increasing student achievement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support classroom instruction and increase student achievement
• Close achievement gap

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Teaching degree preferred

HOURS: School year - 180 days per year; 32.5 hours per week; daily hours 7:45am-2:45pm

SALARY: $21.00-$21.65, rate is dependent upon education and/or experience. Those with a Masters Degree are eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour. (Schedule #21-2)
