Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 15 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
Oversee engineering efforts from design through construction on a variety of civil engineering treatment projects
Conduct site visits and assessments
Participate in meetings with clients to understand their project needs and preferences
Develop design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications
Collaborate with engineers, architects and other consultants
Present designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval
Explore new design concepts, incorporating emerging technologies
Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico and Oklahoma
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in civil design - Water and Wastewater Treatment design preferred
Experience with software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D and ArcGIS is preferred
Understanding of engineering project management methods with the ability to plan a project start to finish, considering time, cost and resources
