Wright-Pierce, an award winning, employee-owned, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager - Team Leader to join our team in Clifton Park, NY.This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage teams working on a wide variety of water and wastewater projects across New York State and surrounding regions, including water source development, treatment, storage and distribution and/or wastewater collection, pumping and treatment. Exceptional performance in this role could lead to becoming the Wastewater State Group Leader for New York.This key role offers significant responsibility in driving the success of our New York market with the potential for Wright-Pierce stock ownership based on qualifications and performance. The position also qualifies for our Incentive Compensation Program. These programs offer the opportunity for substantial rewards in addition to a competitive salary and benefits.Salary Range is $115,000-$165,000/yr.NOTE: Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and locationResponsibilitiesManage municipal water and wastewater projects including water source, distribution, and storage projects, as well as wastewater collection, pumping and treatmentApply advanced engineering principles to solve complex project challengesOversee project budget, schedule, production and quality control across all phasesMaintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project successLead technical execution for large or complex multi-disciplinary projectsSupervise the preparation of technical drawings, specifications and bid packagesEnsure all project requirements and deliverables are met on time and within budgetIdentify opportunities to enhance Wright-Pierce's project standards and executionMentor and develop staff, fostering their professional growthLead business development efforts to expand client relationships and market presenceTravel to client and project sites as neededRepresent Wright-Pierce in relevant industry organizations and eventsEssential FunctionsSkills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) required.
