2+ years of mitigation or restoration experience required.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Encircle and job documentation (training available).
Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Field Leadership & Oversight
Lead and supervise Water Technicians on mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, and emergency service projects.
Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
Provide real-time coaching, training, and corrective guidance as needed.
Ensure technicians follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Mitigation & Restoration Work
Oversee proper setup and monitoring of equipment including dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, pumps, and specialty drying tools.
Verify that mitigation work is performed according to project specifications — including water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup.
Conduct quality assurance checks throughout each job.
Documentation & Reporting
Ensure all job documentation is completed accurately in Encircle, including hydro readings, photos, notes, and reports. (Technician PDF reference: “Utilize Encircle to monitor, analyze, and report on hydro-related data.”)
Confirm all technicians clock in/out correctly and record equipment usage in Proven Jobs. (Technician PDF reference: “Maintain accurate records of work completed with Proven Jobs clock in/clock out, equipment used, and time spent on-site.”)
Communicate job progress, issues, and concerns to the Project Manager or Superintendent in real time.
Equipment & Warehouse Management
Oversee equipment cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.

Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure the box truck remains fully stocked and ready for deployment.
Customer Service
Interact with clients professionally, addressing questions and concerns with confidence and clarity.
