Boone Restoration is growing our emergency water mitigation team and we are looking for a driven Water Technician who wants to be part of a high-performing team that takes pride in doing the job right.

Purpose
To start, monitor, and complete water mitigation projects while delivering a professional, efficient, and customer-focused restoration experience.
Responsibilities
The Water Technician is responsible for executing water mitigation projects from setup through completion while maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and professionalism. This role includes setting and monitoring drying equipment, documenting project conditions using company technology, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and ensuring projects are fully dry before completion. The technician communicates professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and team members while maintaining a clean and organized jobsite. The role also requires participation in an after-hours on-call rotation and adherence to all company safety standards and procedures.
