Your impact
- Construct and wire control enclosures that power critical water treatment operations.
- Translate engineering drawings and work instructions into clean, reliable builds.
- Apply 5S to keep your area safe, efficient, and audit-ready.
- Jump in to support production surges as needed.
- Take on additional tasks assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
Collaborators you’ll rely on
Engineering and Stockroom partners ensure parts availability, specification clarity, and on-time delivery.
What you need to succeed
- High School Diploma
- 3–5+ years in a related industrial role
- Proven mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Capable of lifting 40 lbs and comfortable around paint smells
- Ready for overtime, including Saturdays
- Solid English communication skills
What sets you apart
- Hands-on experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, AC/DC motor control, PLCs, VFDs, pump systems, and Allen-Bradley platforms
- Background in industrial water treatment operations

ADA Requirements:
Average Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 40 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gases, poor ventilation, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, intense noises, and travel.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.
• Work in temperatures above 100 degrees and the noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
• Repetitively bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching; walking on slippery or uneven surfaces and climbing ladders and working off elevated surfaces during shift.
• Compliance with company attendance standard. Work hours may vary during peak production cycles.
