Water Damage Technician Assistant

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Experience in water mitigation or restoration
• Punctuality, dependability, and ability to take initiative
• Ability to frequently lift and carry 80 pounds
• Ability to wear PPE and work in various environments (outdoors, indoors without air conditioning, areas with microbial growth, etc)
• Ability to work overtime
• Willingness to work holidays as needed

Preferred Criteria:

• Familiarity with PPE and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and collaborative skills

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You typically work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a rotating on-call schedule. We operate 24/7/365, so you may need to respond quickly to emergencies.

As a Water Damage Technician Assistant, you work under the guidance of lead and senior technicians to contribute to successful water mitigation and restoration projects. You closely follow instructions, wear PPE and safety gear, and do whatever is asked of you. As you perform various physical tasks, facilitate communication between team members, and grab tools and supplies from the warehouse, you always give your best effort. You also clean, maintain, and organize work vehicles to ensure that we can respond quickly to emergencies and severe weather events.
