Team Qualifications Requirements

  • Ability to apply basic science to drying building structures
  • Dedication to customer service and team mates
  • Fluent in English, Spanish as well is a plus
  • Valid drivers license with a clean record and ability to drive a high roof van
  • Have the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime on a scheduled basis
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
  • Ability to operate software programs, operate drying equipment, basic demolition of interior structures

Role on the Team

Job Responsibilities:

  • High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos, lead abatement services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service and commitment to personal growth.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate as necessary in the on-call schedule.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
  • You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.

Compensation

  • $18.00 per hour
