Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile vehicle deals for assigned stores.
  • Process trade payoffs in a timely manor.
  • Process sales commissions on all deals washed.
  • RDR all new units sold.
  • Submit incentives accurately to ensure payments are collected.
  • Verify that all necessary paperwork is complete and properly filed.
  • Communicate with dealership management to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
