ARE YOU THE WARRANTY SPECIALIST - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
• Customer service or accounts receivable experience (preferred)

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This schedule provides regular daytime hours with evenings and weekends free.

As a Warranty Specialist - Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will spend your workday ensuring the accuracy of our accounts and maintaining positive customer relations. You will contact customers regarding past due monthly payments and address their questions or concerns with professionalism. You will process cancellations as needed and handle accounting entries with precision. Your responsibilities will contribute to the smooth operation of our office and the satisfaction of our clientele.
