Eligibility Requirements
Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
High school diploma or equivalent
One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time (7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific)
Saturday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time (7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. - 2 p.m. Pacific)
Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably
