Our accounting associate roles are full-time, Monday-Friday, paid hourly positions, on-site at our support center located off of Glenwood Ave. in Raleigh, NC.

What we are looking for:
Individuals with outstanding multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to change within a growing company
Possess strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to self-motivate in work in a high paced atmosphere
Ability to utilize multiple software systems
Working knowledge of dealer software systems & DMS software (preferred)
Someone with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Knowledge of warranty accounting processes (preferred)
Ability to read and understand technician verbiage and apply it to appropriate warranty coding
Core Responsibilities:
Review claims for manufacturers’ compliance with policy and procedures
Proficient in using Google Docs/Excel to assist in the resolution of dealer compliance issues
Editing, coding, and finalizing repair orders
Prepare, record, and submit warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor
Maintain current warranty receivable schedules to ensure proper cash flow for dealerships
Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
Handle all processing and accounting tasks for warranty claims
Ensure dealerships stay compliant with warranty policy
Prior automotive warranty experience is preferred
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
