The Warranty & Title Clerk is responsible for assisting members with their immediate needs. This may include, but not limited to, giving information on the facility, products and services, assisting with reservations, and collecting payments. This role may also be referred to as Member Service Specialist
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining effective and friendly working relationships with staff, members, guests and dealing with conflict effectively, courteously, and tactfully
Responding to member questions and needs via phone, email and in person
Providing excellent customer service
Dealing with conflict effectively, courteously, and tactfully
Accepting and reconciling daily cash, credit and check payments, and following up with past due balances
Routine administrative tasks including office leasing
Provide information on marina products and services
Process and submit vessel and engine warranty registrations accurately and in a timely manner to manufacturers and third-party warranty providers.
Prepare, review, and submit vessel title and registration documents in compliance with state and federal regulations, to include Coast Guard Documentation.
Maintain organized records of titles, registrations, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with customers, dealership, lenders, and government agencies to resolve title and registration issue.
Ensure accuracy of data entry, monitor deadlines, and uphold company standards for compliance and customer service.
Available to work overtime when required
