In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate reimbursements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards while supporting our service department. This position may transition to full time with the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and promptly.
- Review warranty policies and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate with service technicians and parts department for claim information and documentation.
- Track claim status and follow up as necessary to secure reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related correspondence.
- Assist with resolving warranty discrepancies and disputes.
- Provide support to the service department in warranty-related matters.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive or administrative fields is a plus.
- Experience with warranty administration, automotive service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with computers and familiar with common office software.
