Under direction performs work of considerable difficulty in public
program management; performs related work as assigned.

examination.
Typical Duties
(Illustrative Only)
Manages Warrants/Extraditions Division for CCSO and FPD
Supervise up to 4 employees hiring, evaluations, scheduling, training,
etc.
Warrant and Hot File validations (monthly)
Liaison with Court, AOC and County Attorney on Warrants processes,
validations and extraditions
Manages Terminal Operator Certifications (TOC) training, testing,
compliance
Administrator for the Justice Web Interface program
Prepares and participates in DPS audits (CJIS, Technical, NIBRS)
Prepares, validates, and audits NIBRS reporting
Liaison with FPD Records/Dispatch
Manages Records Requests
Manages Records Retention Program schedule, compliance, purge
SME on Jail/Patrol records and process flow within the Criminal Justice
System
Liaison with other CJ partners on Records, Warrants, and data requests
and problems.
Implementation team for new projects, replacing manual processes with
technology solutions
Assesses community needs and coordinates resources to enhance existing
programs
Prepares and administers program budgets
Analyzes policies and procedures to improve program efficiency and
effectiveness
Supervises assigned personnel, including front-line supervisors, and/or
support staff
Promotes the development of private sector resources
Negotiates, administers, and monitors contracts
Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local laws, rules, and
regulations
Maintains working relationships with community agencies and
organizations
Monitors budget expenditures
Develops programs to create community awareness of service availability
Assists other divisions within the department
Coordinates and implements programs across departments
Essential functions include driving, standing; walking; sitting; lifting
and carrying (up to 20 lbs.); Pushing and pulling (up to 20 lbs.);
working with and around others; working alone; working with
interruptions; repetitive motion hand/ wrist/ elbow/ shoulder; vision
acuity (near/ far/ color vision) for inspections; hearing and speech for
ordinary conversation; touch for working with electrical/ mechanical
systems. Environmental factors include working outside part of the time.
