Job Title: WARHOUSE LEAD & OCCATIONAL DRIVER
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Lead Duties
- Operations Coordination — Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
- Inventory Control — Conduct weekly and Monthly Inventory Counts, help reconcile discrepancies, and support periodic audits to maintain inventory integrity.
- Safety and Housekeeping — Enforce safety protocols, ensure proper use of PPE, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Equipment Operation — Operate and oversee use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; ensure certifications are current.
- Reporting and Communication — Prepare basic operational reports; communicate issues and status updates to management and carriers.

Vendor & Carrier Coordination — Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
Part‑Time/On-Call Driver Duties
- Local Deliveries and Pickups — Perform scheduled local deliveries and pickups, following assigned routes and time windows.
- Cargo Handling — Load and unload cargo safely; secure loads and verify shipment contents against paperwork.
- Vehicle Inspections — Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; report defects and maintain basic maintenance logs.
- Documentation and Customer Interaction — Verify delivery paperwork, obtain signatures, and communicate delivery status or exceptions to manager.
- Support Warehouse Tasks — Assist with all warehouse duties (e.g., staging, packing, shrink wrapping pallets) when not driving.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED • Commitment to a flexible schedule.
• Good physical strength and stamina including ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good basics math skills. Accuracy when filling orders is a must.
• Warehouse Experience
• Attention to detail.
• Fluency in English speaking and reading.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
• Own transportation.
• Computer experience a must
• Clean DMV.
