Who you are: 

The Warehouse Worker’s responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, scanning orders, and maintaining cleanliness. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Accurately retrieve items from shelves based on order lists, carefully pack them with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit  
• Label packages with correct shipping information 

• Monitor inventory levels 

• Assist with stock replenishment, and keep the warehouse organized and safe by adhering to cleanliness and safety protocols 

• Inspect products for defects or discrepancies, verify specifications and quantities, and perform tests as needed to ensure items meet quality standards before shipping or distribution 

• Assist the cleaning staff by providing necessary supplies or guidance as needed 

• Lock up the office and ensure all security protocols are followed when the cleaning staff is finished 

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness during office hours. May assist with other cleaning duties during office hours in the office.  

• Assist other departments when needed and once daily tasks are completed 

What We're Looking For 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 1+ years of prior warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience preferred 
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach for the duration of a shift 
• Ability to safely operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand carts; forklift certification a plus 
• Comfort using barcode scanners, computers, and warehouse management systems (WMS); experience with ERP or order management tools a plus 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, labeling, and inventory tasks 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to safety protocols and quality standards

Compensation: 

The pay range for this position in California is $20-25 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
