Warehouse Worker (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
About the Role:
Voltage is seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker to execute day-to-day material handling activities: receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping. Reports to the Warehouse Manager. Directly supports production by ensuring materials are delivered to the line on time and accurately.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive inbound shipments, verify against packing lists, and complete SAP goods receipt transactions
- Put away raw materials and components to correct storage locations
- Pick and stage materials for production work orders based on pick lists
- Deliver materials to line-side locations and process component returns
- Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory events
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards
- Flag damaged or non-conforming material to the Warehouse Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer skills — able to learn SAP transactions with training
- Ability to read pick lists, labels, and simple drawings
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Prior SAP experience (MIGO, MB1B)
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Experience with lot control or FIFO inventory
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly, stand/walk 8+ hours, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial trucks.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to communicate effectively in person and via phone/video. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
