Warehouse Worker - Night Shift

Warehouse Associate – Night Shift (F-Shift 3-2-2-3)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (includes shift differential)
Schedule: 7:50 PM – 8:00 AM (Night Shift)
Start: Candidates may begin with background check pending

We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support order fulfillment, palletizing, and shipping operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Order Picking & Packing
• Process customer orders using RF scanners (barcode scanning, picking, labeling)
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify order accuracy and prepare shipments for delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following SOPs
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Palletizing & Shipping
• Build and organize pallets by scanning and placing completed orders
• Re-palletize products as needed for shipment
• Perform dock manifest duties including scanning pallets and operating shrink wrap equipment
• Transport pallets using manual or motorized equipment (walkie rider)
• Ensure shipment accuracy and proper packaging

Additional Duties
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Complete required RF and C2C training modules
• Assist with audits, quality checks, and process improvements
• Cross-train in other warehouse functions and provide backup support as needed
• Report safety concerns, hazards, or suspicious activity immediately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

• High School Diploma, GED, or at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience with walkie rider (motorized pallet jack) preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and interpret shipping and distribution documents
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Repetitive use of hands and wrists
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work near moving mechanical equipment
• Occasional climbing may be required

• Maintain all stock inventory for warehouse
• Rotate stock and maintain warehouse inventory
• Receiving inventory into the warehouse
• Maintaining warehouse organization and inventory
• Conduct regular physical inventory of warehouse inventory
• Assisting manager in warehouse, picking orders, stocking bins, inventory and various warehouse duties
• Utilize the warehouse material handling equipment
• Receive freight from delivery trucks and correctly stock the warehouse
• Pulling merchandise from warehouse stock bins and shelves
• Organize material and inventory within the warehouse
• Pulling and loading trucks with customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Picking orders, load and unload trucks
• Maintain clean, orderly warehouse and loading areas
• Maintaining accurate inventory records in the warehouse
• Using a warehouse management system
• Stock roofing materials in warehouse, pull inventory for customer pick-ups, use a forklift to unload inventory from incoming delivery trucks and load trucks
• Work with other associates loading and unloading trucks and will work in the warehouse
• Perform cleaning and general warehouse duties
• Assist management in warehouse inventory count, picking and pulling orders, daily maintenance of the warehouse and other duties
