Position: Food Service Worker responsible for preparing food, managing supplies, supervising inmate labor, and supporting kitchen and warehouse operations. Tasks include maintaining sanitation, inspecting vehicles, overseeing deliveries, and training staff and inmates.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, 1+ year food service experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand long hours, and follow safety procedures. ServSafe certification preferred.
