Summary:

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, shipping, and inventory control. This role ensures accurate handling and timely movement of materials while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory control activities.
  • Pick, pack, sort, arrange, and store materials for shipment or storage.
  • Verify incoming materials against packing lists and inspect for accuracy and quality.
  • Process orders in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks safely.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support order fulfillment processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and data entry in ERP and shipping systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience with pallet jacks, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.
  • Basic computer skills (ERP systems, Outlook, shipping software).
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Warehouse setting with varying temperatures (ambient, cold storage, and freezer conditions).
  • Physically active role involving lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Exposure to moderate to high noise levels and warehouse equipment traffic.
  • May handle packaged hazardous materials following safety guidelines.
