Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving goods, processing receipts in the M2M system, labeling products, and organizing them within the warehouse. You will also handle picking and processing daily shipments using the UPS/FedEx system, as well as packaging and labeling products for shipment. Additionally, this role requires experience with cycle counting.

1st shift - 7am to 3:30pm; but must be able to come in as early as 6:00am when working overtime and also the last week of each month for inventory assistance duties.

Pay Range is $17 - $17.50/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Receive goods and process receipts in the M2M system.

  • Label products and organize them in the warehouse.

  • Pick and process daily shipments using UPS/FedEx systems.

  • Package and label products for shipment.

  • Conduct cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Follow work assignments, directions, and instructions provided by the Production Lead.

  • Review assembly instructions, engineering drawings, or notes on the BOM.

  • Use hand crimpers to create discrete wires and harnesses.

  • Assemble electronic subassemblies and install harnesses.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work area.

  • Ensure efficiency and quality standards are met regularly.

  • Follow safety requirements and policies.

  • Determine job order requirements based on production priorities.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in picking, packaging, and material handling.

  • Proficiency with RF scanners.

  • Familiarity with wire gauges (AWG), terminals, pins, lugs, and connectors.

  • Ability to follow assembly instructions and work order schedules.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with order picking and shipping.

  • Knowledge of using hand crimpers for wire harness fabrication.

  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and BOMs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
