SWING SHIFT 3PM-11:30PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pack, sort, and inspect fresh-cut apple products.
- Follow food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work efficiently on a production line.
- Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for extended periods.
- Work in cold food-processing environments.
- Repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required. Similar production positions at Crunch Pak require working in physically demanding environments and handling materials safely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable attendance.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but often not required.
