Position Purpose: Warehouse associates support the distribution process by performing shipping and receiving duties, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include warehouse tasks such as forklift operation, order picking, pallet wrapping, sanitation, and housekeeping. Associates must follow safety procedures, conduct safety checks, handle damage control, and complete paperwork.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 6+ months warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 90 pounds, stand and walk throughout shifts, and work in multi-temperature environments. Post-offer drug and background tests are required.
Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of warehouse experience, forklift operation skills, and foodservice distribution experience.
