Job Description:
Job summary
As a Warehouse Technician you will:
Perform physical receiving of goods and data entry in SAP ERP
Unpack, inspect, and put inventory in the correct location
Place order requests for inventory replenishments as needed
Prepare parts from inventory and perform SAP ERP transactions for stock movements
Respond to internal requests for parts and perform SAP ERP transactions for stock movements as needed
Perform various SAP transactions and runs reports as needed
Perform inventory cycle counts as required
Receive and unpack RMAs, check to ensure all items are listed in the RMA and update SAP
Collect and pack parts or equipment/ accessories for shipping, records data in SAP ERP
Collect documentation from the Logistics Technicians
Place labels and documents on the boxes
Contact shipping companies to collect shipment

What we're looking for
Experience with the use of ERP (experience with SAP is an asset)
Experience with handling of electronic equipment are desirable
Very good computer literacy and understanding of databases, email, and spreadsheets.
Good verbal and written reporting skills.
Good general fitness is required, as some controlled lifting is part of the job and standing for periods of time are required. The ability to understand and observe proper Health and Safety practices is essential.
Excellent attention to detail to produce a high-rate of 'right-first-time' results in all work.
Ability to learn new skills, technologies, and ideas rapidly.
Ability to work to within deadlines and under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
