WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

  • Work with specialized packaging equipment and develop valuable technical skills through real-world installations, repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance projects.
  • Join a close-knit team where your ideas, problem-solving abilities, and contributions have a direct impact on customer success and company growth.
  • Build a long-term career with opportunities for professional development, increased responsibility, and domestic and international travel experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Assemble, disassemble, refurbish, and rebuild packaging machinery and components using hand and power tools, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and operational performance.
  • Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and calibrate packaging equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and restoring equipment functionality.
  • Manage service calls and represent the company professionally at customer locations, operating company vehicles safely and ensuring proper handling of tools, parts, and equipment.
  • Coordinate shop operations and repair projects by overseeing inventory, tool maintenance, workflow organization, scheduling, and project completion to meet quality and customer service standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and small-part assembly techniques, with the ability to perform detailed mechanical and equipment repair work accurately.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring, pneumatics, or related systems preferred; ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and assembly documentation is highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose equipment issues, develop effective solutions, and work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, and a commitment to long-term professional growth and development.
