Warehouse Team Member/Non CDL Truck Driver
New Hope, MN

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently perform tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
  • Perform general warehouse work when not making deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
  • Perform consistent quality control.
  • Safely drive a forklift when needed.
  • Perform truck inspections when driving.
  • Make deliveries to customers' job sites or businesses when needed.
  • Safely unload product from a box truck.
  • Provide professional customer service.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to help unload truck at delivery location
  • Forklift Experience is preferred.
  • Pass DOT Physical.
  • Pass DOT Driving History Review.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7 AM-4:00 PM, Overtime as required. No overnight travel is required.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of a warehouse worker include lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching frequently. The worker must be able to perform tasks that involve climbing ladders or stairs, as well as operating forklifts or pallet jacks. Strong manual dexterity is required to handle equipment and perform detailed tasks. Workers must be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork are essential in this role. Reasonable accommodations can be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
