Warehouse Team Member

Position Summary

Warehouse Team Members assist with the day-to-day functional needs of the Mighty Auto Parts warehouse, under the direction of the Mighty Auto Parts Manager. The job’s focus entails receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, pulling merchandise to fill orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Warehouse Team Members will also use and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and other job necessary tools and equipment. This can be a physically demanding position, requiring strength and endurance. Attention to detail is key to the success of this position.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer orders; pull inventory based on order; verify merchandise matches order request.
• Help load the delivery van with pulled orders.
• Restock warehouse shelves; ensure that inventory is placed in the correct location and labeled correctly.
• Go on deliveries to various automotive shops. Interact with customers and stock the delivered product.
• Perform quick deliveries to local automotive shops in town.

Other Duties

• Cleaning various areas of the warehouse; sweeping, straightening, organizing.
• Occasional overnight deliveries in Northern Arizona & Four Corners area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Computer Skills

• Microsoft Suite: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver license with a clean driving history
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Available to travel with possible overnight stays in Northern Arizona & Four Corners area.
• Detail-oriented; good follow-through on assigned tasks.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• No degree required.

Physical Requirements

• Requires repetitive motion.
• Standing for long periods.
• Can lift from 75 to 100 lbs.
• Can climb a ladder.
• Can use tools/equipment correctly.
• Can learn/follow safety protocols.
• Requires working in a certain environment: outside, heat, cold, inside, environmentally controlled conditions.
