Line Lead – Warehouse Production Team
Location: West Jefferson, OH
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Line Lead to support daily warehouse production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Line Lead, you will help guide a team on the production floor, ensure workflow efficiency, maintain quality standards, and support supervisors in meeting daily production goals. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support production team members throughout assigned shifts

Ensure production lines operate efficiently, safely, and on schedule

Train, coach, and assist employees on processes, procedures, and quality expectations

Monitor product quality and conduct inspections during production

Track production output, line performance, and daily metrics

Complete production reports and required documentation accurately and on time

Assist with attendance tracking and workforce coordination

Communicate effectively with warehouse and production leadership

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Support continuous improvement in productivity and workflow efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment required

Prior leadership experience (Line Lead, Team Lead, Trainer, or similar role) preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced setting

Basic computer skills and ability to complete data entry and reporting tasks

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Willingness to work overtime as needed
