We are immediately hiring for 1st Shift Team Leads. Candidates must have 1 or more years of warehouse and leadership experience. This role will be responsible for managing a team of 25associates. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong computer skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Shift Information:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm ($20.50 / hour)
- Must be flexible in your schedule, as shift start and stop times could vary. You may be asked to work overtime and on Saturdays

Pay Rate: $20.50 / hour
Duties: As a lead, you will be responsible for assisting the supervisor with the oversight of production, as well as securing the quality of all products, including logistics flow. Lead will also fulfill all general labor duties.

Position Requirements: - The warehouse is a high-traffic area and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focused
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs solo and up to 150 as a team
- Abides by company safety rules Performs and all other general labor duties assigned
- Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Non-climate-controlled building
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 60 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
