Requirements
What You'll Do
In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in maintaining our warehouse operations and inventory systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Inventory & Systems Management
Maintain and update equipment records using inventory management software
Conduct inventory audits to ensure accuracy
Organize and store equipment efficiently
Warehouse Operations
Clean, prepare, and stage equipment for storage or shipment
Support shipping & receiving and tool crib operations
Maintain off-site warehouse inventory
Technical & Mechanical Tasks
Assist with equipment kits and assemblies
Read basic engineering drawings and blueprints
Operate lift trucks and cranes (basic level)
Organization & Process Improvement
Create signage and labeling for clear organization
Provide feedback to improve workflow, tools, and processes
Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
Team Support
Assist with general maintenance and janitorial needs
Support other departments when needed

What You Bring
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Experience & Skills:
1-2 years of experience with inventory control systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
Experience with mechanical assemblies (a plus)
Familiarity with hand and power tools (a plus)
Organizational mindset with solid administrative skills
