Warehouse Supervisor
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

• Directly supervise warehouse personnel and oversee daily workflow operations.
• Participate in interviewing candidates and making hiring recommendations.
• Plan, schedule, assign, and monitor employee work activities.
• Train staff on operational procedures, safety standards, and work methods.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations regarding disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to optimize operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and OSHA safety standards.
• Serve as a safety leader by promoting and enforcing workplace safety programs and procedures.

• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics supervision.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety practices.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
