    Anchor Talent has partnered with a global equipment manufacturer to identify two Warehouse Supervisors for a large distribution operation in North Dallas.


    This role will lead a team of approximately 15-30 warehouse associates and be responsible for daily warehouse operations, safety, productivity, and service levels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance people leadership with operational execution in a fast-paced distribution environment.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15-30 warehouse employees across daily distribution center operations
    • Drive safety, quality, housekeeping, and operational compliance standards throughout the facility
    • Monitor daily workflow, staffing levels, and productivity to ensure shipping and customer service targets are met
    • Allocate labor resources based on workload demands, priorities, and material availability
    • Partner with warehouse leadership to improve processes, throughput, and operational efficiency
    • Address employee performance issues, provide coaching, and support corrective action when necessary
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and quickly resolve disruptions impacting material flow or customer deliveries
    • Coordinate with transportation, customer service, inventory, and warehouse teams to support service objectives
    • Support emergency response, escalation management, and facility safety initiatives as needed
    • Participate in an on-call rotation and provide occasional weekend support during operational or business-critical events


    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations
    • Prior experience leading warehouse teams in a supervisor or lead capacity
    • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation processes
    • Experience with Manhattan WMS is highly preferred
    • Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and employee development skills
    • Associate degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered


    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $80,000 - $85,000
    • Annual bonus opportunity
    • First shift schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

    • Additional compensation available for on-call and weekend coverage
