Warehouse Supervisor
Warehouse Supervisor Grip Ship
Nicholas & Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead fulfillment operations facility. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with experience in warehouse operations and team management.
Any other tasks as assigned by your direct manager.
Monitor and manage KPIs, productivity, and fill rate goals.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reporting.
Supervise and direct a team of 10-30 warehouse team members.
Train and coach team members to foster a positive work environment.
Oversee pick-pack line setup and ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch.
Requirements:
Bilingual is preferred.
At least 2 years of warehouse/distribution experience with increasing responsibility.
Previous experience with electric pallet jacks, reach forklifts, and pick-pack operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
