Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, warehouse personnel, and inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing warehouse teams, utilizing WMS and ERP systems, and supporting inventory and logistics functions in a manufacturing or distribution setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Lead and develop warehouse employees, leads, and forklift operators.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software to manage inventory and warehouse performance.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet production and customer requirements.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, logistics, and other departments to support operational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, distribution, or logistics environments preferred.
• Strong inventory management and warehouse operations experience.
• Experience using WMS and ERP systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, cold storage, refrigerated warehousing, or distribution.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in warehouse and temperature-controlled environments.
• Flexibility to work additional hours or weekends as needed.
