We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for overseeing associates, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met, and promoting a safe and positive workplace culture.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise operations within assigned department and flex to other areas as needed
Provide start-of-shift and end-of-shift reports
Monitor associate performance to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met
Lead, coach, and develop associates through consistent feedback and counseling
Drive team performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets
Conduct quality and accuracy audits on products and processes
Train and cross-train employees across various job functions
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and complete assigned tasks
Facilitate team-building activities to promote engagement and morale
Participate in daily sync meetings and weekly leadership meetings
Document coaching, development, and performance discussions
Evaluate performance and administer corrective actions when necessary
Promote a positive work environment through strong communication and leadership
Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and company policies
Track labor, attendance, and workforce planning for assigned team
Approve time-off requests and manage weekly time submissions
Complete standard work checklists and audit procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
3+ years of leadership or people management experience
Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred
Bilingual skills strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to lead with a balanced, approachable, and accountable management style
Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift
Ability to bend, reach, stretch, push, and pull regularly
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
