    We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to support day to day human resources operations. This individual will provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functional areas including employee relations, payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role serves as a key resource for employees and management while helping foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and cost reduction to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within a Lean Manufacturing Environment.
    • Supervise warehouse personnel.
    • Proactive problem resolution and customer interface.
    • Ensure accurate SOPs for receiving, shipping, packing, stocking, picking, issuance, cycle counts, warehouses, RO, and associated documentation as required per FAA & AS9110 standards.
    • Establish and maintain customer inventory and controls.
    • Maintain inventory accuracy of >98%.
    • Coordinate with all other areas of the business to ensure proper support from the warehouse and logistics teams.
    • Ensure all items are packed, shipped and delivered on time and without defects.
    • Coordinate with shipping carriers to optimize incoming and outgoing logistics and costs.
    • Develop and sustain KPIs to drive performance in for all warehouse processes.
    • Maintain compliance with FAA, ISO, EASA, and SOX regulations.
    • Maintain MSC cabinet.
    • Oversee and maintain shelf-life program for all stock items.
    • Oversee and comply with cycle count program.
    • Receiving and stocking parts into inventory from vendors.
    • Monitors shop supply levels and stock levels and notifies purchasing for reordering as needed.
    • Maintain a safe and efficient working team at all times.
    • Standard office equipment such as copier, printer, calculator, phone, and computer.
    • All other duties as assigned.
    • Lift up to 40+ pounds
    • Ensure team maintains Forklift License.
