Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure the efficient movement, storage, and accuracy of inventory across a fast-paced operational environment. This individual will oversee warehouse personnel, coordinate workflows, and maintain adherence to safety standards while supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management functions.

This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving warehouse processes, and maintaining inventory integrity to support customer fulfillment and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, process discipline, and a proactive approach to solving operational challenges.



Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience.
  • At least 1+ year of team leadership or supervisory experience within warehouse operations.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard computer applications.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving practices.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards ( OSHA).
  • Forklift certification or hands-on powered industrial equipment experience.
  • Prior experience leading teams in high-volume warehouse or distribution environments.
  • Exposure to process improvement frameworks such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct warehouse team members to support daily operational goals and workflow execution.
  • Oversee inbound receiving, product storage, inventory organization, and outbound shipping activities.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and transaction validation within the WMS.
  • Coach, develop, and assess team performance to improve productivity and strengthen operational consistency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including procurement, transportation, and operations to improve material flow and issue resolution.
  • Enforce workplace safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a compliant work environment.
  • Review warehouse performance metrics, shipment data, and inventory reporting to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Support implementation of workflow enhancements, process optimization initiatives, and warehouse organization improvements.

Available Shift Options:

  • Shift C: Overnight schedule (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), Sunday through Tuesday, plus alternating Wednesdays
  • Shift D: Overnight schedule (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), Thursday through Saturday, plus alternating Wednesdays
    • Multiple overnight shift options available operating on a 12-hour rotating schedule.
    • Fixed-day scheduling with alternating midweek coverage built into the rotation.
    • Weekend availability required based on assigned shift pattern.
    • Fast-moving, high-volume warehouse environment with continuous operational demands.
