- Collaborate with management to provide oversight and direction to team members and volunteers.
- Train staff and volunteers on pricing methods and handling of unique items.
- Support management to foster collaborative teamwork and uphold store policies.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Manage the efficient flow of donated items and unloading of donor vehicles.
- Provide oversight for customer-purchased items for pick-ups.
- Process and price incoming donations for the sales floor.
- Operate forklift and maintain certification.
- Price donated merchandise according to company procedures.
- Organize products and maintain attractive displays on the sales floor.
- Operate the POS system and handle retail transactions.
- Adhere to safety procedures.
- Keep assigned area clean and organized.
- Follow incident reporting procedures.
