Warehouse Supervisor

Yamazen Inc. is an importer and distributor of quality CNC manufacturing machinery, tooling, and automation systems. We service manufacturers in automotive, medical, oil, construction, aerospace, and I.T. markets. We have offices serving markets throughout the country and have experienced significant growth through territory and market expansion.

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, shipping, and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a focus on safety and accuracy, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. • Lead, train, and schedule warehouse associates to meet operational goals. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies. • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments. • Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Monitor inventory levels and assign daily cycle counts. • Operate and ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and inventory management systems. Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Forklift certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Range: $26.44 - 33.65 ($55,000 - $70,000) In return for quality results, Yamazen Inc. provides a competitive compensation package including salary and semi-annual bonus opportunities.
