Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize warehouse performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes and inventory levels.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or employee concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
