The Warehouse Supervisor supports the day-to-day warehouse and production operations across multiple departments, including Equipment Prep, Laundry, Maintenance, and Warewashing. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that daily processes meet company standards for quality, efficiency, and safety while supporting the broader goal of delivering world-class service and operational excellence. The Warehouse Supervisor must demonstrate strong decision-making, communication, and team leadership skills to ensure continuity of operations and effective coordination with leadership. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Operational Leadership: 
    • Supervise and support warehouse production teams to achieve company targets in performance, quality, and efficiency. 
    • Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices that promote safe, efficient, and organized warehouse operations. 
    • Oversee equipment storage, production standards, and industrial vehicle operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. 
    • Plan daily operations, assign tasks, and optimize workflows to meet operational deadlines and service expectations. 
  • Performance and Process Improvement: 
    • Utilize performance data and analytics to monitor productivity, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
    • Manage labor efficiency and control costs related to staffing, equipment, and utilities. 
    • Review and verify time and attendance records, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with scheduling policies. 
    • Lead initiatives that streamline workflows, improve production standards, and reduce operational inefficiencies. 
  • Team Leadership and Development: 
    • Coach and develop warehouse team members across multiple production departments. 
    • Communicate clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning. 
    • Support performance management efforts, including coaching, feedback, and documentation, in partnership with the Warehouse Operations Manager.  
    • Deliver training programs, including industrial vehicle training, to ensure compliance with OSHA standards. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
    • Partner with functional leaders to ensure warehouse operations align with client expectations and company objectives. 
    • Serve as a key point of contact for operational communication across warehouse functions and internal teams. 
    • Collaborate with the Warehouse Operations Manager to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent performance standards. 
  • Client Focus: 
    • Foster a client-first culture by ensuring warehouse operations meet or exceed service expectations. 
    • Partner with internal departments to proactively address client needs, resolve service issues, and contribute to an exceptional client experience. 
  • Safety and Risk Management: 
    • Lead warehouse safety initiatives, including conducting safety meetings, training sessions, and incident investigations. 
    • Ensure equipment, industrial vehicles, and production practices comply with regulatory and safety standards.

Schedule, Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:  
  • Position follows a rotating 4x10 schedule (four 10-hour shifts per week). Day and afternoon shifts are available, and scheduled workdays may include weekends and holidays based on operational needs. 
  • Pay range: $23–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.  
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or production management.  
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and budgets.  
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.  
  • Completion of a Predictive Index Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment, background check, and drug screening.
