Warehouse Supervisor
Warehouse Supervisor,- **Operational Oversight:
**Manages the daily operations and overall conditions of assigned warehouses to ensure results align with company performance goals and customer expectations.
- **Safety & Regulatory Compliance:
**Develops and implements hazardous materials management programs, safety protocols, and health programs (such as Spills Response and Chemical Hygiene) to meet legal mandates.
- **Financial Management:
**Monitors cost controls to achieve financial targets, manages labor utilization to minimize costs, and prepares capital expenditure proposals to upgrade facilities or equipment.
- **Quality & Continuous Improvement:
**Maintains and audits Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ISO standards while instilling a continuous improvement approach across all warehouse functions.
- Team Leadership & Coaching:
Conducts performance appraisals, develops succession plans, and provides professional leadership to foster a stable work environment and minimize employee turnover.
- **Customer & Business Development:
**Acts as the primary point of contact for customer issues and assists with business development initiatives, including contract negotiations and customer visits.
- **Facility & Asset Maintenance:
**Oversees the maintenance of facilities and equipment, identifying when assets are obsolete or require remodeling based on operational needs.
