1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor Direct Hire $70-$80k
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to help build, organize, and lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-growing startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and leads by example on the warehouse floor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Lead, train, schedule, and motivate warehouse associates
Establish and improve warehouse processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts, audits, and system updates
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Coordinate with operations, customer service, and leadership to meet fulfillment goals
Monitor productivity and performance metrics; identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with warehouse layout optimization and space utilization
Support startup growth by adapting quickly to changing priorities and volumes
Qualifications
4+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
Ability to lead by example and work hands-on when needed
